From photo to doorstep

Four steps. You approve the design before we touch the wood.

Pick a gift, add size, finish, and the words to engrave. Attach a photo if you have one ready.

We send a design on WhatsApp. Ask for a change if a name or crop is off.

Once you say yes, we engrave that version. Payment links are shared in the same chat.

Normal shipping takes 6 to 8 days after dispatch. Express takes 4 to 6 days. Follow the order ID from Track Order.

Questions

What kind of photo works best?

Use a clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see. Dark or blurry shots lose detail when they are burned into wood.

Can I change the text after ordering?

Yes, until you approve the preview. After approval the engraving follows that design.

How long does delivery take?

Normal shipping takes 6 to 8 days after dispatch. Express shipping takes 4 to 6 days. Orders above ₹999 ship free on normal shipping.

Do you ship everywhere in India?

Yes. Share a full address and pin code on WhatsApp when you confirm the order.
