Placing an order means you have checked the gift, the spelling, and the preview, and that you accept these terms.

Orders

An order starts when we confirm it on WhatsApp. For a customised gift, making starts after you approve the preview. The price on the product page is the gift price for the size you picked. Shipping, if any, is added before you pay.

Customised and general products

A customised product is made from your photo, name, or text. It cannot be returned or refunded. A general product that is not personalised can be returned within 10 days of delivery. The full rules are on the Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping

Normal shipping takes 6 to 8 days after dispatch. Express shipping takes 4 to 6 days after dispatch. Orders of ₹999 and above ship free on normal shipping. Details are on the Shipping Policy.

Your photo

You confirm you have the right to use the photo you send. We engrave it for your order only.

Wood

Wood grain, bark edge, and colour vary from piece to piece. That variation is part of the material, not a defect.

Website prices

Prices shown here can change. The total we confirm on WhatsApp is the one that applies to your order.
